The Day of My Session 24/06/11

I arrived at Northgate Primary School at 10.15; this was in plenty of time to set up the equipment I used. The children came onto the field and I introduced myself, I already knew the children as I have previously done sessions plans with them before so the children already knew my name, however, I still introduced myself as I wanted to remain professional. I began the session plan at 10.30 with a warm up of 'Domes and Dishes'. I then followed on the warm up with the main content of my session plan. The aim of my session plan was to improve the childrens throwing techniques and to perform an arm condition exercise correctly.

I arrived at Northgate Primary School in plenty of time to set up the equipment I needed and to prepare for the lesson. I feel that the lesson was well structured, however, I didn't stick to time boundaries and therefore found myself
